Our company has recently made the decision to change the business name from JX Nippon Oil & Energy Europe Limited to ENEOS Europe Limited. The change will come into effect on 1 July 2020, which will be registered at the U.K. Companies House accordingly.
This decision is in line with changes in the group management structure and the name of our parent company, JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation who will also adopt the new name ENEOS Corporation.
